Allow me to help you make exercise work in your life. The first thing we will do is sit down and talk about what you want to accomplish, what you've done in the past, if there are any medical concerns you have, and how much time you would like to put towards exercise in your life. (THIS PART WILL COST YOU NOTHING). Based on our discussion I will give you suggestions on how to proceed. If you feel we would be a good fit together then I will design a workout plan and we can set a time for our first session. It will be your choice on how often you would like to work together...once, twice or three times each week...it's up to you!
Having a personal trainer work with you one on one is the most effective ways to see results. I will motivate you by helping you set goals, provide feedback and accountability, and the design of an exercise program that works for YOU. Whether you want to exercise at HOME, in a CLUB, OUTSIDE, or wherever...I will provide the resources and know-how to make it happen.
Start Up Exercise Programs...rates start at $50/program
With this program, we would do everything mentioned above. The difference would be that after I teach you how to use the workout plan you would do it on your own and at your convenience. Periodically, I will check up on you to see how your progressing and we can make changes as necessary.
